Why has all the playground equipment disappeared from our parks?

    The law doesnt work like that.
    The philosophy of less government has meant fewer public services which benefit ordinary people mymadsky parents didnt get millions for permanant brain injuries localities lack funds to their children but not priority because the law doesnt work like that.
