      Cheap will not pass inspection by the building inspector or code enforcement officer. When you apply for the permit from your local governing agency they will give you a list of what is acceptable. Your liability insurance company may also be able to supply you with a list of what is acceptable. This information should have been included in the state sponsored classes for licensing of daycare providers.
