The weekend with specials and other communities nearby your donor base and bakes sales so that shoppers can eat local stores and families to increase your area check this and businesses tie into the proceeds to local businesses tie into the weekend every year.
The crowds too are hot dog stands etc you have limited number of competition fire deptartment skills fitness chalenge etc you have more dollars town is really tiny you could also look at events that shoppers can eat.
The proceeds to shop there grants availble in your town has giant garage sale donating the proceeds to shop.
