If my 3 year old child falls and hits her stomach and she starts turning pale, what does that mean?

My daughter was playing some playground equipment and she slipped and and hit her stomach on the bars. She landed on her stomach. She was saying it was hurting her and thought that she just got the wind knocked out of her. But she started turning pale and trembling. But it doesn’t hurt her when i push on her stomach. Please help me find out what is wrong.

      the poles hit the nerves in her stomach and it was hurting because of the nerves and the metal poles
      if i am not right take her to the E.R and find out whats wrong
      it could be dangerous find out fast.
