If my 3 year old child falls and hits her stomach and she starts turning pale, what does that mean?

My daughter was playing some playground equipment and she slipped and and hit her stomach on the bars. She landed on her stomach. She was saying it was hurting her and thought that she just got the wind knocked out of her. But she started turning pale and trembling. But it doesn’t hurt her when i push on her stomach.
