I hurt my elbow on the park playground when i slipped off a bar thing and it crossed my elbow while I was holding on to the next level. I heard it pop like 3 times and it kind of hurts now I have a tennis tournament tomorrow what should I do?! I’m icing it now with a bag of peas. PLEASE HELP!
