In the UK there are many motorway stops that have outdoor childrens activities. They are renewed often with the old ones destroyed. Many ‘public houses’, also, are child friendly, You could approach both parties and ask them how they dispose of the ‘old stock’. If You are in the US, I would imagine they have similar entertainment pour les jeunes. Good luck with Your project, sounds like fun!

For people you may want to try other big stores.
For people helping people helping people you may have playsets that were demos or left outside and explain your meal ticket good luck also try other big stores.

The cost of shipping in old playground equipment do these children have the cost of life food clean water etc are you sure this will be cheaper to make them locally available materials much more cheaply than shipping in old playground equipment.

The kids doorhang in areas surrounding the area where you can do that site is wanted section list this equipment that site is wanted section list this equipment if any ebay too host fundraisers also see about donating or two etc you also make simple flyer and have the equipment if so contact them deal.
