I was wondering what kind of coating they use on playground equipment for kids. Some of the metal material (like the poles and stuff) has this coating that give a really good grip on hands and when you slide down it, it doesn’t burn your skin. I was hoping someone knew the material this stuff was made out of and possibly a place that might sell it.

How about a soccer team that is not from that school using the soccer field for practice after hours?

Yeah, I smacked my head very hard on a 2×4 trying to climb up stairs that were intended for little people. I literally saw stars!

This playground is built like an old ship and is huge/has many levels so it’s not like you can sit on the bench and keep an eye on your little one.=(

I am trying to remember the name of a childhood public park favorite. It is a metal bar rectangle split down the middle by a pole. The rectangle swivels on this pole 360 degrees. A child stands on the bottom bar of the rectangle on either side and hold on at the top. The gravity/weight distribution makes the rectangle swivel round and round.

Anyone have any info. on this? Remember it?
