I am a 26 year old male 6ft4 260lbs and I don’t belong to a gym however instead I go to local parks that have both walking tracks and playgrounds and I use the playground equipment to do calesthincs on after i do my walk/jog.

Does anyonelse out there do that? and do you guys think its a great way to work out? as well as I use my resistance bands too sometimes at the park.

If anyonelse out there does what is yalls routines and what are some ways and or exercises do you do on teh equipment?
